Spotless hotel, terrific staff. Decent and well heated rooms with the view of ocean that we liked. Continental breakfast had lots of options, like pastries and cheese. Quiet location, just next door to several metro stations and food and great bars, though the area itself was very very bad.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

We loved staying here, it's homely hotel. The bed was good and the bedroom was large. Best staff with good manners. Prime location, right by subway and bronx and the Empire State Building, nonetheless the area was very bad. Excellent and yummy pastries and cheese for breakfast.

The bathroom was poor.

Overall the best stay, great value. I loved this traditional hotel and its wonderful location. Exceptionally comfortable bed, modern bathroom and coffee, climate control and WiFi in the room. Responsive staff providing excellent service.

Great value, TRENDY hotel. Clean, cheap food and happy staff. The breakfast included cheese and pastries. We liked our practical and practical room. It was a fab stay, you could leave a car nearby.
